With the fast pace of contemporary life, quite often we neglect health. Sad thing is we make excuses for not being able to find our fit. Sometimes the motivation fades away like the New Year resolutions we make. Remember you can’t always stay motivated. You need to be disciplined. Too tired, too busy, too early, too few resources, too difficult can’t be your excuse. Excuses are always there to wash your way, to make you believe, it’s not possible.
How to stay disciplined? Answer is simple: Don’t make a goal that seems irrational, start slow. A slow progress is still better than no progress. Know your strengths and your weakness; Master your temptations; Reward yourself for each milestones you achieve. Don’t get disheartened if you can’t make something work as planned and trust the process and stick to it. Remember, Being healthy is an imperative, not a choice.
